As a Design Project Manager in this project, I manage and shape and the brief, scope, timeline, and resource estimation for the project success. Working closely with product manager, design team, engineering team, and market manager team as main stakeholder.

Production Dashboard Data Visibility for Accommodation Partner
By having this project with more clearer production data that the Accommodation partner make from their room sale, it's enable them to decide and optimized the rate plan and promotion model to distribute and optimized it better
The output, we fine tune and revamp our Production dashboard in TERA (Traveloka Extra net) platform. Chart, table, and information is now more clear actionable and contextually more insightful in order to improve their room sales—and less back and forth too
Working closely with Product manager and Market Manager from context gathering, refining the concept, and set up the deliverables with Copywriter and Engineering team.
